The Bromley Park Community Association (BPCA) is responsible for managing the pool and related facilities as well as the adjacent playground and green area.
BPCA is funded with assessments of the Bromley Homeowners and Bromley Condo Owners Associations.
The BPCA board is comprised of 2 Homeowners and 2 Condo Owners each appointed by the local resident associations.
Access to the Community Pool and Playground is controlled by a Key FOB. If you are a resident in good standing and need a Key FOB, please complete and follow directions in the form below.
If you're a new resident who was given a fob belonging to a previous owner, please also submit the form, so we know who the fob belongs to. You will not need to pay a fee.

As residents, we all need to do our part to make the pool an inviting place for all.
Please respect the pool/playground closing time. After a brief grace period, your key fobs WILL no longer work. About 3 times a year, someone finds themselves on the wrong side of the gate. Don't be that person.
Please make sure the gate closes behind you. And if someone has previously propped the gate open, please close the gate. This is for the safety and security of all.
If you have suggestions on how to improve the area, please forward them on to bromleypool@gmail.com.
Thanks for taking pride in our community!
On January 18, 2024 the BPCA Board passed a motion to make pool FOB acquisition be a NON-REFUNDABLE $20. Implementation of this was delayed for about 60 days. FOBs issued before this policy change are grandfathered and in general can be returned for a $20 refund. However, FOBs transferred to a new user, or FOBs not in use 12 months after a resident has departed Bromley will no longer be refundable (per November 18, 2024 BCPA Board resolution)
